Rise Up Kids Yoga and Wellbeing Programs & Classes
Be Part of the Solution
Mental health challenges are at an all-time high in our society.
The stress of modern life is catching up with us—and it's having ripple effects on the younger generation.
It's time to expand how we think about treating, supporting, and promoting mental health in young people.
Accessibility to positive and preventative supports is key.

Supporting the body, energy, mind, wisdom, and spirit of a person is essential — and yoga offers just that.

How can you support young people’s mental health?
Contact RUKYOT to bring a class or program to your organisation or home.

From Early Years Learning Centres through to high schools, RUKYOT can provide individualised, specialised and tailored sessions to meet your requirements.
Michelle draws upon her clinical experience in working with young people with mental health conditions such as anxiety, trauma and trainings in Mental Health Aware Yoga and various Trauma Informed Care Practices.

Additionally, session intentions and content are linked closely to the Early Learning Years Framework (VEYLDF), Victorian and Australia Curriculum.

Wellbeing in the classroom is now seen as just as important as the three 'Rs', and forms a big part of day to day learning. RUKYOT can assist in supporting educational settings seeking to foster student wellbeing and the development of social and emotional skills. Our aim is to complement your wellbeing program initiatives and provide new skills and knowledge for educators and students to draw upon.

Michelle delivered her extensive knowledge of mental health with clarity, precision, and an engaging style. Our students found her sessions incredibly insightful, and their feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. I would have no hesitations recommending Rise Up to any school or adolescent programs.
Ryan, Deputy Head of year 9 campus and Mind Matters Teacher.

I cannot express enough how pleased I am with the session you ran, it exceeded all my expectations and was the perfect flow of fun, engaging, and educational. The young people were so engrossed in the session and were all incredibly pleased with what they learnt about controlling their breathing and how to relax during stressful times. Your patience and understanding for young people with questions and interruptions was handled with such grace and empathy. You are fabulous at what you do Michelle.
Thank you so much for attending and running a fantastic session, I also wanted to say an extra thank you for joining our circle time, a small but impactful thing for you to be apart of which the young people definitely enjoyed and appreciated.

"I highly recommend Michelle from Rise Up Kids Yoga. She set the tone for the session early on and ran a fun and beneficial class for my year 9 students. They loved the poses and the ‘time out’ from their normal routines and all of them came away with strategies and ideas that they can implement into their daily lives. Michelle was relatable and authentic in her session and the students loved it."
Jodie: Secondary School Teacher.
