‘What is Wellbeing?’
This service views wellbeing as the harmonious balance of feeling
healthy, energised, and content – both internally and externally.
It's about cultivating self-awareness, expanding ones knowledge,
and exploring practices that support overall wellbeing.
At Rise Up Kids Yoga & OT ee focus on helping individuals identify and
harness their own unique superpowers.
Superpowers that empower one to engage confidently
in their own skin and connect with the world around them.
It’s a journey of self-discovery, growth, and creating a life
that feels more aligned and purposeful.
“I really appreciated the thoughtful, reflective and well considered planning that went into the sessions Michelle provided. The children thoroughly enjoyed the sessions (as did I)!”

What is Meaningful Fun?
To answer this simply it's a brilliant way for kids and teens to learn by having fun. It's also a great way to teach wellbeing activities without anxiety or pressure creeping in.
A term coined by Michelle, it's a centrepiece of her therapy approach and program delivery.
Meaningful Fun = Learning = Empowerment = Wellbeing
